izak's last gymn day with the dudes

this past Monday was the last time (at least for this year) that Izak worked out with the Pastor Tommy and ther Okinawa CCBC dudes.
We also had an eventful morning meeting guys the guys know all around the island.
It's always an adventure when you hang out with the gym-inies.
